Validated Parking @ Mystic Arts Center Parisian Pomme Fries are a European style of French Fry. They are made here with freshly cut russet potatoes and fried twice after a long soak in cold water and then a rest. The result is a golden crisp shell and a delicious soft center. Fries easily reheat in your oven or toaster oven. Preheat to 375 degrees and put on a cookie sheet for 7-10 minutes or until crisp. We recycle our oils to mason biodiesel for your driving pleasure. We use no trans fat canola oil. www.mason-biodiesel.com Our frozen custard is made with more buttermilk, less sugar and less air than other soft serve ice creams for a smooth texture and rich flavor and only ((((())))) calories a serving. Our Clams are hand-battered and fried in their own fryer that they share with clam fritters made here. Try one of our sauces on your burger.
